If you’re a woman 50 or over, have a mammogram every two years.

Once you’ve booked your appointment at one of the participating Screening Mammography Program clinics (see list of clinics on the official Rules & Regulations), you can enter on-site by filling out an official contest entry ballot and dropping it into the ballot box.
